After a very long and cold winter, a relatively mild spring, and an early summer, it was only in September that the weather truly warmed up, allowing for the fruit to fully ripen. For this reason, the harvest began later, resulting in mature, full-bodied, and powerful wines produced in granite lagares, with foot treading.
